Indoor cycling has multiple benefits. It is a low impact activity that is easy on joints. It can also provide an excellent cardiovascular workout. At RJ4All, our trainer carefully plans the sessions aiming for maximum benefits. Our sessions can reduce the risk of type 2 diabetes and heart conditions, help loose weight and offer resistance exercising your hamstrings, quarts and glutes. Indoor cycling can improve balance and strengthen your core. Finally, you can really have fun, create health targets and friendships, socialise and learn about others’ culture. Indoor cycling releases endorphins and can have multiple psychological benefits creating confidence and increasing levels of happiness.
When?
Indoor cycling classes will be held every Saturday between 11:30 AM and 12:15 PM. They will be run by our Personal Trainer Theo Gavrielides.
Due to limited funding, we have only 5 bikes. Advance booking is required.
All members are required to complete RJ4ALL PAR-Q form before taking part in any activities organised by RJ4ALL. In addition, this is also part of our terms and conditions. If you are unsure whether you can take part in physical activities at RJ4ALL, please do consult with your GP or Doctor.

This free online sports events are organised by Restorative Justice for All (RJ4All) International Institute. Any donations will be greatly appreciated and put to good use through the funding of RJ4All’s charity various work.
Every booking takes away a place from someone else. RJ4All uses charitable funds to hold the activity that is being booked. Non attendance means not only that someone missed out from our charitable service, but also that we have wasted charitable funds that we have been entrusted with.
